Make compositing images easy, by using this step by step guide; to begin learning how to easily create stunning composites from scratch, in Adobe Photoshop.
A Step By Step Guide To Creating Composite Images:
A composite image is defined as a singular image that is made up of multiple images. It sounds easy enough at first, yet many get caught up in trying to cut out elements, blend colours, or match light sources. Luckily, I have created a step by step guide to how I created, “Winters Breath”, to show you how to blend images in the most efficient way possible.

Hi Brendan
My level in PS is intermediate. I followed you in the tutorial step by step. I had a nice feeling when I got to the end of it having the same result as yours. I have a question: how do you bring together the colours of 2 separate images? The photos from this tutorial have similar colour. Did you match them before? Can you approach in a future tutorial this subject please?
I followed you on the other tutorials and I must tell you that I enjoyed all of them tremendously. Your explanation is clear, approachable, welcoming for international followers. Thank you for your free brushes from the other tutorials. I am looking forward for new posts.
Hi Vicky! A lot of the images I use for edits I ensure have a similar look ahead of time to make my life easier. It’s easier than it might appear as most photo taken at sunset, during a storm, mid-day etc. will likely have similar colour tones. Thank you for the content idea and I will definitely look into it more! Cheers.
