Frequently Asked Questions

Will I Receive Physical Copies Of Your Products Or Courses?

No, all our products are digital products with no physical packaging. After purchasing, you will receive download links or login information to access your files.

Do Your Courses Have Subtitles?

Yes, our courses include English subtitles that are viewable within the student dashboard. They are not viewable in offline versions of the video lessons.

Is There An Expiry To Products I Purchase?

No, you have lifetime access to any product you have purchased in its current state. Unless otherwise specified, this does not include any future updates a product may have.

What Does “Lifetime” Course Access Mean?

When you purchase lifetime access to one of our courses it gives you unlimited access to the course and future updates with one payment. We can confirm that you’ll keep access to the training you purchased online for as long as we can reasonably keep it available here. If we are forced to change things up and remove it for some reason in the future, we’ll give you plenty of notice and links to download the source videos so you can save the training locally for your own future use.

How Do I Access My Downloads?

After purchasing from our store, a download link will be immediately available on the following page after processing your payment. You will also receive an invoice via email with another version of the download link you can use as well.

When enrolling in courses, you will receive an enrollment email immediately after your purchase. By following the instructions in the enrollment email, you can set up login details for your student dashboard and immediately access the course.

What Currency Are Your Prices In?

We sell all our products in USD. This is due to having a worldwide audience and USD being the most globally traded. Depending on your location, bank account, and payment method, you may be charged an additional foreign exchange fee if USD is not your native currency.

How Do I Access My Downloads?

After purchasing from our store, a download link will be immediately available on the following page after processing your payment. You will also receive an invoice via email with another version of the download link you can use as well.

How Can I Get A Refund?

You can request a refund within 30 days of purchasing a product by emailing [email protected]. Course refunds are only valid is less than 50% of the purchased course has been viewed.

I Only Wanted To Purchase One Product But Accidentally Purchased Two Or More

If you accidentally purchased an upsell offer from your original purchase, please get in touch with us, and we can refund unwanted products that were accidentally purchased.

What Is Your Refund Policy?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days from the purchase date. After 30 days, you are no longer eligible for a refund. For course purchases, all refunds are invalid after 50% or more of a course has been viewed.
